Caregiver Support Groups throughout Alaska

Support groups offer a platform for individuals with similar experiences to offer mutual support and gain insights from one another. These groups can be a valuable source of emotional and social support and offer an opportunity to see what has worked for others and learn about local services available. All groups below are free to join.

Most of the groups listed below are accessible statewide through phone or Zoom, making it easy to find one that fits your schedule, regardless of your location.

In addition to the groups below, we also offer Mind Matters, an education and support program for individuals with early memory loss.
