By Appointment Only, Call to schedule your no-cost Memory Screening today.
This is a three day event. Memory Screenings are also available Thursday.

If you would like to be involved in an in-person Caregiver Support Group in Kodiak, please come and help us plan! This Meet and Greet is for Family Caregivers AND for your loved one who may be living with some kind of dementia. Refreshments will be served.
