This is an online webinar — available statewide in Alaska.
Join us for this talk on healthy aging as well as healthy aging challenges experienced by adults with intellectual disabilities. We will look at how to distinguish between normal and pathological aging, and what to consider if behavioral or cognitive changes occur.
This training is being conducted by Janice Downing who has completed the requirements to become an NTG Affiliated Regional Trainer. Materials and content used in this training are based on the NTG’s copyrighted training curriculum, Dementia Capable Care of Adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Dementia.
